NOODLE SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. sausage
1 onion
1 tbsp. sausage fat
16 oz. can tomatoes, undrained
2 bay leaves
Dash of paprika
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 c. fine noodles
Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper

Brown sausage, crumble and drain. Saute small onion in sausage fat. Add tomatoes, mashed but not drained. Add bay leaves, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cook noodles according to directions on package. DO NOT over cook. Add salt and pepper, if necessary.

Place ingredients in greased casserole dish. Shake Parmesan cheese generously over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until cheese is melted and browned a little.
