GREEK CHICKEN 
Smells wonderful while cooking and tastes great!

4 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs (can use bone in thighs and legs)
6 cups tomato sauce
Cavenders All Purpose Greek Seasoning (found in most super markets spice section

Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs. HEAVILY coat chicken on all sides with Cavender's Greek seasoning. Cook uncovered for 1 hour stirring occasionally or until no longer pink. Drain fat and add tomato sauce. Cover and reduce heat to 300°F. Cook covered an additional 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Serves 6 to 8.
