DEVILED EGGS | |
8 eggs 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tsp. mustard 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper Cover eggs with cold water in a medium saucepan and bring just to a boil. Cover and remove from heat, let stand for 12 minutes. Peel eggs and cut in half. Scoop out yolks and mix with other ingredients. Fill egg whites with filling. Makes 16. |
