NOODLE PUDDING 
8 oz. noodles
16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. Farmer's or Ricotta
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 eggs
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Let cheeses soften. Mix everything. Add noodles. Beat eggs very well and add at end. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, 9x12 pan. Fill 3/4 of pan (puffs up), some leftover.
