ANTIPASTO SALAD 
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 can black olives, drain and slice
1 jar green olives, drain and slice
1/2 lb. salami, cut in bite size pieces
1/2 lb. pepperoni, cut in bite size pieces
1/2 lb. provolone cheese, cut in bite size pieces
3 tomatoes, bite size pieces
1 lb. sm. shells, cooked and drained
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix all together. Let stand at least an hour in refrigerator. Makes a lot.
