IRISH SODA BREAD 
3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. buttermilk
1 lg. egg

Mix together in bowl flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and raisins. Add eggs and milk until soft consistency. Place in greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until becomes golden brown. Sprinkle with flour. May be served with butter and jelly.
