SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. Italian sausage 6 tbsp. butter 1 med. onion 1 med. pepper 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice 1 pkg. frozen Italian green beans 1 can beef broth (about 10 oz.) 1 c. water Brown sausage. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Remove most of grease from pan. Add butter; saute onions and green pepper until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until liquid is almost gone. Lay sausage on top and cover while simmering. |
