1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. carnation milk
3/4 c. butter
1- 14 oz. pkg. caramels
1- 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. pecans

Mix cake according to directions on box. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Melt caramels with the rest of milk and spread on cake. Spread nuts on top of caramels along with chips. Pour rest of butter on top and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
