CREAMED TUNA 
1 can tuna
2 c. milk
1 small can peas
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Make white sauce by melting 4 tablespoons butters (or butter_). Then add to this 4 tablespoons flour and salt. Then add cold milk and cook on medium heat until thickened. To this sauce, add the rest of the ingredients.
