CREAMY TARRAGON DIP 
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
Dash freshly ground pepper
Assorted fresh vegetable dippers: broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.

In medium mixing bowl combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, green onion, parsley, lemon juice, tarragon, and pepper; mix well. Cover and chill up to 24 hours before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables. Makes 2 cups.
