UNCOOKED CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 sq. chocolate
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
1 lb. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt the chocolate and butter together over hot water. Combine egg, sugar and milk and mix well. Add the melted chocolate and butter, stir well. Add vanilla and place in buttered 8 x 8 x 2 pan and refrigerate. Makes 1 1/2 pound.
