SAINTS DELIGHT 
1 angel food cake, broken into pieces
1 large pkg. vanilla pudding
1 can pie filling (I like dark cherry, but have used blueberry, apple, peach, strawberry or regular cherries)
1 tube Cool Whip

Place angel food cake pieces in the bottom of a large bowl. Mix pudding according to package directions. Pour over pieces of cake. Pour pie filling on top of the pudding. Spread Cool Whip over the pie filling and chill and serve.

If you use sugar-free pudding and 1% milk, it is very low-fat and low-calorie.
