TACO DELIGHT 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped vidalia onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. crushed nacho chips
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onion. Stir in taco seasoning and 1 cup water; simmer for 3-4 minutes. Set aside. Place crushed chips in an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Layer pinto beans then ground beef mixture over chips, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
