KEY LIME PIE 
1 (9") graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/3 c. key lime juice or other lime juice
1 tsp. vanilla

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lime and vanilla. Pour into prepared shell. Decorate with whip cream or fruit.
