WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE DROPS | |
1/2 c. Butter Flavor Crisco 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted 1 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. chopped white chocolate or vanilla milk chips Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Stir in combined dry ingredients and white chocolate. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 minutes or until cookies are almost set; centers should still be moist. (Do not overbake.) Cool 2 minutes; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. 3 dozen. To melt chocolate: Microwave at high 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth, or heat in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. |
