CAJUN STYLE CHICKEN BREASTS 
1/2 tsp. coarsely crushed black pepper
3/4 tsp. coarsely crushed white pepper
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1 1/2 lbs. boned, skinned, flattened chicken breasts (2 whole)
4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

1. In small pie pan combine black pepper, white pepper, red pepper, sweet paprika, onion salt, garlic salt and salt.

2. Dip chicken breasts into melted butter, coating both sides. Now sprinkle with seasoning mixture, coating both sides. Place on foil lined shallow baking pan and bake in 425 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through. Makes 4 servings.
