OATMEAL COOKIES 
3/4 c. cholesterol free butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats, uncooked
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Makes about 5 dozen cookies that may be frozen or kept in covered container.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together butter, sugars, egg whites, water and vanilla until creamy. Add combined remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
