HASHBROWN POTATOES 
1 lg. (2 lb.) pkg. frozen potatoes
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Chopped onion and green pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Parsley flakes

Put all ingredients in 9 x 13 greased pan. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika and bake uncovered 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300 degrees.
