SHRIMP STROGANOFF 
2 onions, minced
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. cleaned shrimp
2 buds garlic, mashed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. chopped chives

Brown onion and shrimp in butter until golden and shrimp are pink. Add flour, mix thoroughly and add seasonings. Mashed garlic and mushroom soup. Let simmer 15-20 minutes. Stir in slow cream and pour over rice, cooked noodles or toast, using chopped chives to garnish.
