TURKEY NOODLE PIE 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 tbsp. curry powder
2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
1 c. light cream or milk
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 c. diced turkey
Onion to suit taste
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (8 oz.) noodles
3 c. herb-seasoned croutons

Melt butter in large skillet, stir in flour, salt, pepper and curry powder to make a smooth paste; cook 1 minute. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Add cream, Worcestershire and turkey; cook 10 minutes to blend flavors. Pour into a large bowl, add onions and mixed vegetables.

Cook noodles; drain; add to turkey mixture. Spoon into 3 quart shallow baking dish. Top with croutons. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes or until bubbly-hot. Let stand ten minutes before serving.
