SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
4 chops
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth OR
2 bouillon cubes and equal water
1/2 c. drained pineapple chunks
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Brown chops on both sides; pour off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cook uncovered 45 minutes or until tender. Spoon sauce over chops often.

Remove chops and cook sauce until thickened. Serve over chops.
