TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
6 to 8 red Delicious apples
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, reserve juice
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. crushed dry roasted peanuts
1 (16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Cut apples into small sizes. Pour pineapple juice over and set aside. Mix sugar, flour, vinegar, and eggs well. Drain apples and add to dressing. Add whipped topping, pineapple and nuts. Mix well! Top with 1/3 cup chopped nuts!
