GRANDMA'S LEMON PUDDING COOKIES 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream shortening, sugar and pudding. Beat eggs. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting, and sprinkle with colored sugar.
