MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and boil on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Cook 2 more minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and stir well. Spray grocery bag with Pam. Add 3 quarts popped corn to bag. Pour mixture over popped corn. Close and shake the bag. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on high. Shake. Repeat cooking time. Shake. Repeat again. Shake. Pour into a bowl or pan.

Note: Depending on ovens, cooking time may vary. Sometimes I cook and shake 4 times.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
