ALMOND POUND CAKE | |
1 c. butter 1 c. Crisco 3 c. sugar 6 eggs 3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. milk 2 tsp. almond extract Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients, alternately with milk; add flour. Bake 1 1/2 hours (approximately) at 325 degrees in greased, floured tube or Bundt pan. |
