MRS. GRACE'S CHOCOLATE CHEESE
PIE
 
9 inch graham cracker crumb shell
6 oz. chocolate bits
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. heavy cream

Melt chocolate bits over hot (not boiling) water, cool slightly. Stir cream cheese to soften, blend in sugar, vanilla and salt. Separate 2 eggs. Add yolks 1 at a time to above mixture, beating well after each. Stir in melted chocolate. Chill until thick, then beat until smooth. Whip cream, and fold into chocolate. Beat 2 egg whites to peaks, fold into chocolate. Pile into crust. Freeze until super chilled. Remove from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Must freeze.
