EMERALD SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. evaporated milk, chilled in freezer
1 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve the 2 Jellos in boiling water. Cool to syrup like consistency. Whip the evaporated milk until foamy. Then add it with all the other ingredients. Stir until mixed. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until set.
