COCONUT CUSTARD PIES 
4 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. coconut

Mix sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs and other ingredients. Pour into two 9 inch greased aluminum pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
