PUMPKIN ROLL 
3/4 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. brown sugar

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease jelly roll pan, line with waxed paper, grease again. Pour mixture in prepared pan and spread. (This will be thin.) Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Remove from pan onto towel, remove paper, roll towel and cake together as a jelly roll. Let cool completely. Spread with filling and re-roll.
