BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
4 lean pork chops, well trimmed
3 slices lemon or 3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water

Brown chops in skillet without added fat. Drain off fat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove cover and simmer 10 minutes more. Add more water if needed.
