BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. salt and pepper

Brown chops in butter; remove. Saute onions until browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 minutes. Pour over chops in a greased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
