CHERRY YUM - YUM 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 (12 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
1 sm. can Pet milk, chilled
1 lg. can cherry pie filling (alternates: blueberry, strawberry or fruit cocktail with peach slices)

CRUST: Melt 1/2 stick butter, combine graham cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well enough until cracker crumbs are moist and stick together. Press into buttered casserole dish and chill.

FILLING: Mash cream cheese with fork and stir in sugar. Whip the chilled Pet milk and Cool Whip. Blend all together until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and let chill for about 30 minutes before topping with pie filling. Sprinkle top of dessert with remaining 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs. Eat and enjoy!
