SHOE PEG CORN SALAD 
3 (12 oz.) cans shoe peg corn
1 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
3/4 c. salad olives
8 oz. Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients and marinate for 2 hours. May be refrigerated for several days. Yield: 16 servings. Recipe may be reduced to 1 can and 1/3 of ingredients.
