RUM FLAVORED FRUIT SAUCE 
4 ripe bananas
1 med. orange peeled
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. boiling water
1/2 to 1 tsp. rum extract

Pour boiling water over raisins and let stand until raisins are plump. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Makes 1 1/2 to 2 cups. Delicious on pancakes, waffles, and French toast.
