RUNZAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c. onion, diced
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. crescent rolls

Brown and drain ground beef; add onion; let cool. Cook shredded cabbage in 2 tablespoons hamburger grease and 2 tablespoons water, approximately 10 minutes. Cool.

Mix together ground beef, cabbage and cheese. Separate triangles of crescent rolls. Spoon generous spoonfuls of hamburger mixture into center of triangle, fold closed and pinch to seal. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes (until lightly browned). These freeze nicely.
