COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 large container whipped cream

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Fold in one package of coconut. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Punch holes in baked cake with toothpick or fork. Mix milk and sugar together in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over cake and let cool. Spread whipped cream over cooled cake and top with other package of coconut.
