NEW EDINBURG SCHOOL HOUSE ROLLS 
3/4 qt. water (very warm)
3 tbsp. yeast powder
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
2 1/2 qt. flour

Make and let rise double. Make out and let rise again and bake. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
