CRUNCH PIE CRUST 
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. Grapenut flakes, crushed
1/3 c. flake coconut
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped nuts

Place butter in 8 inch or 9 inch non-metal pie platter. Melt at High in microwave for one minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Firmly press over bottom and up sides of platter. Cook High 2 minutes. Rotate plate once. Cool and fill with favorite ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
