HAMBURGER RICE CASSEROLE 
Scramble and fry 1 pound hamburger while cooking 1 cup dry rice. Just bring to a boil, 2 cups peas, frozen or 1 small box of peas.

Place 1/2 of the cooked rice in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Add scrambled hamburger, peas, and the rest of the rice.

Spread over the top layer of rice 1/2 can tomato soup undiluted.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or microwave until heated through. Freezes nicely. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
