TURKEY BAILEY 
Sliced turkey breast
1 pkg. McCormick Collection (green peppercorn sauce blend)
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
Cooked egg noodles

Cook turkey breast until it isn't pink. Use a little butter to prepare. Melt 3 teaspoons butter in saucepan over medium heat. When melted, add sauce packet. Blend with wire whisk. Gradually add 1 cup water. Cook over medium heat 1 minute or until boils. Add 1/2 pint sour cream, beat again. Pour over turkey and mushrooms and let simmer 15 minutes. Serve over noodles.
