EASY FRENCH TOAST 
Thick sliced Texas bread
Carton eggnog
Shortening for skillet

Slice bread into long strips. Heat shortening in skillet over low heat. Pour eggnog into a flat bowl and dip bread in, rotating well. Turn heat up on skillet medium high, place coated bread mixture in browning lightly. Remove to serving dish. Serve with syrup. Easy for children t learn to prepare - great finger food.
