SOUR CREAM CINNAMON CAKE | |
1/4 c. white sugar 8 oz. container sour cream 1 box yellow butter cake mix 3/4 c. salad oil 4 eggs Topping: 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts Grease and flour tube pan. Add white sugar, sour cream and oil to cake mix. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Pour half of batter in tube pan. Sprinkle half of topping over batter. Add remaining batter then add rest of topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Let cool in pan 15 minutes before removing. |
