SOUR CREAM CINNAMON CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder 2 sticks butter 1 c. sour cream 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. sugar mixed with 1 tbsp. cinnamon Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Fold in sour cream. Combine dry ingredients and stir into batter. Pour half into greased 10 inch tube pan, sprinkle on all of cinnamon, pour in rest of batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes (test for doneness). Let cool for 30 minutes, loosen and turn out. |
