SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 boiled chicken, save broth (cut up chicken)
8-10 slices toasted bread, cubed
4 boiled eggs, cut up
Chopped celery
Chopped onions

Mix together and moisten with some of broth and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Make a thickened gravy out of the broth that is left and pour this over your scalloped chicken the last 10 minutes of baking.
