HAM AND CHEESE SOUFFLE 
8 eggs
8 pieces of bread
2 c. cubed ham
2 c. cubed cheese
4 c. milk
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Butter bread, shred and place in large shallow casserole. Scatter ham and cheese over bread. Blend milk, eggs, salt, and pepper; pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
