OHIO CHILI | |
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice 3 cans dark kidney beans 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 5 shakes Tabasco sauce 2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion Combine tomato juice, beans, chili powder, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce in large pot and bring to a boil. Brown beef and onions in skillet and drain grease. Add beef and onions to pot and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 30 minutes on medium, stirring often, then serve. Makes 6 servings. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, crackers and/or cornbread. |
