NOODLE PUDDING 
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. shredded tart apples
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
4 tbsp. melted butter
Pinch of salt
1/2 lb. broad noodles, cooked and drained

Combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt to drained noodles. Add apples, raisins, nuts and melted butter. Mix well. Place in well greased 9 x 13 inch casserole and bake at 400 degrees until top is brown for about 1 hour.

Serves 6.
