YUMMY NOODLE PUDDING 
1/2 lb. fine noodles
1/4 lb. butter, divided
1 pt. milk
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. cream cheese

Cook noodles; drain. Melt 1/2 of the butter and grease pan with this butter. Combine all of the ingredients except noodles. Mix with electric mixer. Stir in noodles. The mixture will be very thin.

Pour into a deep pan approximately 9x13 inches. Dot top with slices of remaining butter. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Freezes well.
