CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia Brand only cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 pt. commercial sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese and condensed milk with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Beat in lemon juice, then sour cream and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake at 450 degrees 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven and place in freezing compartment of refrigerator to thoroughly chill, being careful not to freeze, 5 to 10 minutes. Do not use glass pie dish.
