LEMON BARS 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients as for pie crust. Press into 8x8 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

FILLING:

2 eggs or 4 egg yolks, beat until frothy
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice (pure) or 1 tsp. lemon extract
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt

Beat all the above together. Pour on top of baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes.
